CASA DA MÚSica
With the constant evolution of our clients' needs, we created WELIVE in CASA DA MÚSICA, a residential project that reinforces the brand's commitment to excellence and urban design.
This new project involves the complete rehabilitation of a 1960s building, ideally located on Avenida da Boavista, next to Casa da Música, the German School, and the iconic "Hollywood" neighborhood. Designed by architect Tiago Spratley, the building is transformed into four distinct apartments: T2 Garden, T1 Garden, T2 View, and T3 Rooftop Duplex. Each apartment has its own unique identity but shares the brand's DNA: comfort, design, and functionality.
The apartments stand out for their generous spaces and connection to the outdoors. On the ground floor, a T2 with 85m² and a 46m² garden; on the first floor, a T1 with a private 88m² garden; on the second floor, a T2 with well-distributed areas facing both east and west; and, on the top floor, a T3 duplex with almost 106m², high ceilings, and a third suite on the upper level. The back of the building will be transformed into south-west facing gardens, a true luxury in the heart of Porto.
